Dalam kegiatan berusaha taninya KTH Paloil Top berada di Kawasan KHDTK Hutan Diklat Sisimeni Sanam berentuk kemitraan dengan BDLHK Kupang. Maka dalam rangka mencapai tujuan bersama dan menjaga kelestarian hutan maka dilakukan sosialisasi rencana pendampingan oleh BDLHK Kupang, Rabu (16\/1).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kegiatan sosialisasi rencana pendampingan BDLHK Kupang kepada KTH Paloil Top juga bertujuan agar KTH tersebut dapat menyusun agenda kegiatan yang selaras dengan rencana pendampingan yang akan dilakukan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilaksanakan pukul 09.00 Wita dan dihadiri oleh 20 anggota KTH dari total anggota yang berjumlah 25 orang. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan oleh penyuluh kehutanan, widyaiswara dan pengelola kawasan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sebagai salah satu binaan BDLHK Kupang, KTH Paloil Top telah mengalami peningkatan kelas dari KTH Pemula ke KTH Madya. Untuk memperkuat kelas KTH Madya maka harus diadakan perbaikan dalam sistem pengelolaannya. Gamal Arya widagdo selaku penyuluh kehutanan \u00a0menyampaikan bahwa \u201cKTH Paloil Top harus memperkuat 3 sistem pengelolaan yaitu kelola lembaga, kelola usaha dan kelola kawasan\u201d. KTH Paloil Top harus sudah mandiri dalam pendanaan sehingga perlu dibentuk usaha yang dapat menghasilkan dan mendanai kegiatan kelompok tani, kata Gamal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Produk utama yang dihasilkan oleh KTH Paloil Top yaitu Jambu Mete. BDLHK Kupang mengarahkan peningkatan kelola usaha ke produk lanjutan Jambu Mete seperti Sirup, Abon , dan Kacang Mete. Materi rencana peningkatan kelola usaha disampaikan oleh Heru Budi Santoso dan Fatmawati selaku Widyaiswara BDLHK Kupang.
